Shipping

We do our very best to get your items in your hands as soon as possible. Everyone who helps run Gladhat has other full time jobs and families so we are setting a reachable goal to ship out orders every Monday. Depending on where you live, the arrival of your product can vary. When we put your order in the mail, you will receive a USPS tracking number - Contact us if you notice any problems. *Important Note* - We plan to ship out all fulfillable orders once a week, but if you need your order shipped by a certain date we can usually accommodate (as long as we are in town and your order does not contain a "pre-order"). All you need to do is email us and we can usually fulfill the order ASAP.

A few things we typically see:
  1. Customers enter the wrong address: This is no fun for anyone so please double check. Your order is likely to get returned to us and we cannot be responsible for the reshipment charges.
  2. Your package doesn't arrive in the time specified on the website:  USPS is our primary shipping carrier.  They do not guarantee their shipping dates and we cannot guarantee them either.  However, we print and ship orders in-house weekly and typically get packages out in under 48 hours.

International Orders:

We ship to most countries around the world! We either use USPS International or UPS Worldwide. Any Customs duties or additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer. It is not our responsibility to know how much the duties and taxes of specific countries are. If the buyer has any questions, please contact your postal service.

Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this for further information. Should the recipient not pay customs and/or import duties, the cost of returning the package back to Gladhat will be deducted from the order refund amount. For example, if the order total is $100.00 and returning the package back to us costs $50.00, then $50.00 will be refunded to the customer. 

Returns/Exchanges

We are happy to accept your unworn, unused regular priced items up to 14 days from the time that you receive your order.  After we inspect the item, we will issue a refund on your card.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please reach out to us if you're planning on returning so we can look out for your package. Do not ship your order back to us until we have responded to your request. Some orders are not eligible for return.

Note: All sales, grab bags, vintage, "shirt of the month" and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. No returns on stickers and pins. 

Exchanges

Size didn't work out?  Need something different?  No worries, we are happy to issue an exchange within 14 days from the time that you receive your order.  First, reach out to us to make sure we have the item you want in stock. Then, all you need to do is ship the item back to our warehouse with a note containing the following information:

  1. Order Number and your name
  2. The item you'd like to exchange for
  3. If you want your order sent to a new address please include it in your note

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund. We unfortunately cannot do exchanges for international orders unless buyer is willing to pay for shipping.

Cancellations

We unfortunately cannot cancel an order after it has been processed as the shipping label has already been paid for and created. Please be sure about your purchase before going through the checkout process.
