Shirt of the Month // July

Posted by on

I can’t believe we are already halfway through July! With the “Love Shirts” finally arriving last week and just genuine busyness, I almost forgot to make a shirt of the month. But worry not, the shirt is here… and this message has been on my heart for quite some time. I know you feel it. Tensions are at an all time high. The ugliness of a lost world is being dug up for all to see. Racism is still real. Coronavirus is not going anywhere. You’re either part of cancel culture or you’re already cancelled. Yikes, it’s rough out there. And news flash… the upcoming (American) election guarantees even deeper division. Why even get out of bed in the morning?
For those who aren’t believers, it might come as a surprise that Jesus’ main message on Earth was about loving God and loving every single person you come across. That’s right. It wasn’t about sin, damnation, or giving away your money… it was always about love and unity. Earth was designed for that. Because we are all better together… we were all created with different gifts and unique qualities that are pretty great on their own, but reach a whole new level of wonder when mixed with other people’s gifts and qualities. The heart behind this design is just that. Alone we aren’t much, but when we are unified in love and grace… when we are one… we create something that is truly beautiful. Lord, make us one.
While the wounds of our own country’s racial injustice are still prevalent, it can be easy to forget that slavery of all types still takes place everyday in the world. No form of slavery is ever okay. With that in mind, we have decided to donate 20% of the profits from this tee to @a21. A non-profit charity that works to fight human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and forced slave labor. We’re so excited to partner with this inspiring organization!
Shirts available for order until July 21, 2020.
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and, Love your neighbor as yourself.”
Luke 10:27
